W.H.A.L.E. Pilot CODENAME: Cutter

The Killer Whale. One of the most popular Joe vehicles of all time. A major staple in the cartoon, and as instantly recognizable as the AWE Striker, Dragonfly, or even the Cobra Hiss tanks. Her driver was none other than Kansas grown Red Sox fan Cutter. When I was younger I always figured Cutter and Shipwreck would were best buds, so I guess that's where this one came from.

The head is left over from that failed Footloose project. Everything else had to be acquired. Pants and shoes are SSC, the shirt and vest are from Dragon. The vest was originally yellow so it had to be dyed the appropriate bright orange. Belt is unknown to me and the various pouches are random 1/6 parts. I believe the hat is from Dragon, the Boston "B" is hand painted albeit maybe a tad too big.

I added the flashlight to his gear to fill him out a bit more, figured it might help for when he's working on his baby. As for the shotgun well that's just in case some Eels decide to get creative. Never can be too careful.
Cutter's not a big character by any stretch, but adds a little more depth to the team so far and looks great next to Shipwreck.
Besides if it weren't for vehicle drivers how would Joes ever get around?
